Literally a love letter addressed to Montreal, the MONTREAL LOVE photography series is in constant evolution. New images populate the visual icons of each city district. The meaning of this artwork is to share my personal vision of the city as well as engage the viewer to recollect their memories and experiences around these sights. Like a window frames a landscape, the focus here is voluntarily tight. Contrary to the usual landscape photography that uses wide angles to maximise the surroundings, here a special portrait lens has been used. The focus is put on one item at a time and it is presented in detail and clarity.
