Alexandre Berthiaume is a Montreal-based artist and designer whose practice fluidly navigates the realms of architecture, industrial design, and public art. Holding a master's degree in architecture, he laid the groundwork for his creative journey by founding Futil Studio in 2006. The collective quickly distinguished itself with innovative projects spanning a wide range of disciplines, from industrial design to the development of public spaces, with a notable specialization in the creation of exterior art galleries.
Building on this multidisciplinary experience, Alexandre Berthiaume refocused his artistic approach with the creation of tactil.ca, which serves as the exclusive platform for his scagliola works. He still works blends in all those fields blending craftsmanship with large-scale public works.
